To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at least 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery this will allow us to make sure that order not yet been created by the florist, sent out on delivery, or is already delivered. If we are able to cancel the order we will provide a full refund.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change orders already created by the florist, en route to the location or already delivered. Refunds will not be issued in these situations.
